A few months ago, the charm, the aesthetics of its promotion in social networks announcing its Opening in Palma, captured our absolute attention. The choice of a name with such a definition of who and how they are, and that like us the 50’s aesthetics hallucinated them, announced that Beatnik’s opening was not going to pass unobserved before us, and so it did.

The result of the union of two partners, an American and a Portuguese who have opened an oasis in the heart of the city Palma, a few meters from the mythical Paseo del Borne and Plaza de la Lonja.

A hyper trend reform and projection, hashtag hypermarkets: thought out each of its details, without having anything random. Cushions with the fabrics of the season, corner of mirrors of different sizes, sum of different wallpapers chosen, inspiration in the decoration of American and European cocktails in the age of prohibitionism, with super updated touch.
Cut glassware, modern cutlery, classic emplate on a large plate.
Arrangement in room of tables with French distance, except two large group tables and intimate lighting.

A kitchen that seeks to reinvent itself and adapt to a modern public. Plates with an American touch, with a menu of difficult choice for the public suffering from allergies.
Sharing is caring: concept for the entertainment of diners, who can try the different options of dishes. A concept that we fell in love with, although it was surprising due to the small size of the dishes, also in relation to quality-price.

The wonder of this place, is the possibility that shows so that your client, can get to make an aperitif, decide to stay for dinner and even have a drink after, all in different environments each time.
