The Stagier Chef
Joel Baeza, a chef who has grown among the stoves of the best restaurants; earning the title, after years and years of training and a lot of work in some of the best known and consolidated restaurants in the world and national territory. It is worth mentioning the famous Zaranda or Comerç 24, among many others.
And like any good apprentice, after learning from the best, he has opened the aforementioned valuable place, where he has included some dishes in homage to those restaurants and chefs who gave him his first opportunity.
A sign of his good work is that paying homage to his mentors, some of these tapas are based on the star dishes of the famous restaurants that saw him grow, adding them together with his touch of innovation and personal creation, always without forgetting his origins and therefore always giving a touch of Latin flavor to his avant-garde cuisine.

To put the sweet cherry on all the previous dishes, in the dessert, you can’t say no to any of their Sweet Tapas.
Our recommendations: Ningyoyaki of dulce de leche and chocolate Chocolate, bread, oil and flower of salt. And for the classics, an exquisite tatin cake with chantilly with 15 year old Suau brandy.
